The Southwest Oklahoma Tech Prep Consortium is comprised of local high schools, colleges, universities and Great Plains Technology Center.

For the second year in a row Great Plains Technology Center and Cameron University, along with Lawton Police Department, Fort Sill Provost Marshall's Office, OSBI and others, conducted the Criminal Justice Summer Academy for high school and college students.
